Firm Obtains Dismissals at TMB and BON

The firm is pleased to announce that it secured a dismissal at the Texas Medical Board for a doctor in North Texas on a complaint alleging she had failed to properly supervise her med spa.  After submitting a response, the TMB dismissed the complaint.

The firm also secured another dismissal. This time it was for a registered nurse in Houston, Texas where the Nursing Board alleged he had failed to obtain good faith exams for the patients he was treating.  After a full response, the BON elected to dismiss the complaint. Additionally, a TMB complaint was also dismissed against the same nurse on the same allegations.
