On October 31, President Trump revoked E.O. 13495 requiring successor Federal contractors in certain circumstances to offer a right of first refusal of employment to employees employed under the predecessor contract. While the regulations in effect implementing E.O. 13495 are still in place until a final rule implements the change, the revocation does immediately terminate investigations or compliance actions based on E.O. 13495.
