Kristi has devoted her career to all aspects of a transactional practice. She has guided and grown the firm's transactional unit into an active and thriving practice with a focus on business transactions and government contracts. Kristi heads our corporate and government contracts practices. She works with businesses and individuals at all financial levels, both domestic and international, to achieve their goals.
In addition to working with her corporate and government contracts clients, Kristi is the managing partner, overseeing the firm's operations, ethics compliance, business development and client management. In addition to her legal career, Kristi has published in the field of British and American literature as well as an article on U.S./Mexican immigration issues in the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal.
